Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

a) Shipping Duration: Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving it. However, during busy times, such as holiday periods, processing and shipping delays can occur.

b) Free shipping facility is given only to orders above Rs 500.

c) Title and risk of loss for all products you order shall pass on to you upon shipment facility available with Maskow.in.

d) If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in distinct boxes on different days because of varying item availability and shipping locations.

e) For transit safety purposes, products may be shipped separately.

f) We suggest you give a complete address with the proper PIN code of the state to avoid returns and penalty charges. Please do note that courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses wherein the address or pin code does not match. The liability to bear such charges and penalties (if any) shall rest with you to the courier company.

g) You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.

h) Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched, rectification/change of address will not be granted.

i) We will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete addresses.

j) You agree that you shall be solely liable and responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.

k) For shipments to any girl’s hostel/college/school, etc., a specific date and time should be mentioned while placing the order to avoid returns due to permission issues for entering such premises. We will not be responsible for refund or credits, nor shall re-ship the order in such circumstances.

Cancellation:

Your order can be canceled before it is dispatched from our warehouse. In case we receive a cancellation e-mail, and until the order has already been “dispatched” by us, the order cannot be canceled. We take utmost care in providing you with the best products. 

We have the complete right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. The customer further agrees not to dispute our decision regarding the cancellation.

Returns:

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per the description on our website or units are missing as per the ordered quantity, please send a snapshot and unboxing video of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at maskowhealthcare@gmail.com or 9910724667 within 24 hours of product delivery.

We will arrange an exchange for the product after a thorough investigation.

We may choose to either replace the product or reimburse the customer. In case of reimbursement, the same shall be processed within 14 days of cancellation/refund. The customer shall not bear any charges or fees for cancellation or refund.
